For calculation of cross sectional area of the cable use formula instead
of .
Find out total cross-section by calculating all cables.

Electrolytic zinc plating process is realised by galvanic coating process
will be effected by applying electrolysis technique to iron material in
plating baths which has been filled by solutions containing zinc. Plating
thickness by this method will reach up to 7-10 μm.
Zinc Electro Plating (Electrolytic Plating) Sheet metal manufacturers plate sheet rolls in continuous hot dip
galvanizing baths. Plating thickness by this process will reach up to
minumum 12 μm.
Material plated by pre-galvanizing method will be protected against
corrosion on cut surfaces due to cathodic effect between zinc and iron
elements. (It is valid and effective
up to 2mm thickness).
Pre-galvanizing
Zinc salts will prevent corrosion till no zinc will remain at all. This
method is the process of plating plain steel materials by dipping into zinc
melt after fabrication. Plating thickness
by this process will reach up to minumum 65 μm.
Hot Dip Galvanizing
Corrosion of zinc plated and unprotected steel in atmosphere. Atmosphere

(μ/year)
Galvanized (zinc) plated material is resistant against physical effects
(friction, impact, crash etc.). There is no need for an additional
protection during transport except under extraordinary conditions. Point to
be given attention and care is that galvanized material should be stored in
a way to allow air circulation during transport and storage in order to
prevent formation of white rust. Products should never be placed directly on
ground, but should be stored on wedges.
It is natural that zinc plated material surface will become dull, after 8-12
months period. This condition is the consequence of formation of preventive
layer on its zinc surface by effect of natural moisture in atmosphere.

Instead of narrow cable support systems in multi-layers, prefer wide cable
support systems in single layer. Instead of single side multi layers cable
support systems, prefer two sided, single layer cable carrying systems.
Prefer, cable support systems to be installed near ceiling.
